Terms& Conditions / AGB


1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through Golden Shore Studios® online store.


2. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you enter into a binding contract with Golden Shore Studios®.


3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (or USD where indicated). Payment is due immediately by the payment methods offered at checkout.


4. Delivery

Digital Products via Pixieset Store: Digital downloads purchased directly through the Pixieset web store are fulfilled and delivered by Pixieset. Golden Shore Studios® is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or delivery errors in the Pixieset system.

Commissioned Photography Sessions: Edited images from booked photography sessions will be delivered via private link or online gallery (Pixieset) within 2-4 weeks of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Physical Products: Prints, albums, canvas, and other items are produced and shipped by Pixieset and its printing partners, according to their policies. Golden Shore Studios® is not responsible for delays or issues arising during production or shipping of physical products.


5. Shipping

Shipping fees for physical products are displayed at checkout and vary by destination. All production and shipping are handled directly by Pixieset and its partners.


Store & Fulfillment:

The online store is powered by Pixieset. Orders, payments, and shipping of physical products (prints, albums, etc.) are fulfilled directly by Pixieset and its printing partners according to their policies. Golden Shore Studios® is not responsible for delays, shipping costs, damages in transit, or issues arising from production. Please refer to Pixieset’s store policies for further details.



6. Returns & Refunds

Digital products (downloads) are non-refundable.

Returns and refunds for physical products are handled directly by Pixieset and its printing partners under their terms. Golden Shore Studios® is not responsible for the condition of products in transit or any return processing.


7. Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Golden Shore Studios®. Purchasing a print or download does not transfer copyright.


8. Liability

Golden Shore Studios® is not liable for delays, technical issues, or damages outside of its control. Responsibility for production, printing, and shipping lies with Pixieset and its partners.


9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.



10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Physical Products (Prints, Albums, etc.)

All physical products purchased through the Golden Shore Studios® Pixieset web store are produced and shipped by Pixieset and its printing partners. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from such purchases within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please refer to Pixieset’s store policies and procedures for returns and refunds, which govern the fulfillment of such orders. Golden Shore Studios® is not responsible for the processing of returns, refunds, or shipping of physical products.

Digital Products (Downloads)

Digital downloads are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has begun, provided you consented and acknowledged this before purchase.

Commissioned or Custom Work

The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned photography services or custom orders (including custom prints).

International Customers (Non-EU)

For customers outside the European Union, local consumer laws may not provide a statutory right of withdrawal. In such cases, Golden Shore Studios® applies the following policy:

  • Digital products (downloads) are non-refundable.
  • Physical products are subject to Pixieset’s store policies. Please refer to Pixieset’s terms regarding returns and refunds.
